In The News:

Greetings!  We have had a busy spring and summer of 2004 developing our product, increasing our staff, responding to increased support requests, and planning for the future.  In this issue we will feature what's new and what's next.  We welcome your questions and comments, please email us at info@symmetrical-solutions.com.
 

New Staff

As added value to our clients we have hired a new staff person dedicated to client support, service and training.  Danielle McQuiston has joined our team.   Danielle has eight years of professional Protivity™ experience.  Most recently, she was the Membership Director at the Upper Main Line YMCA in Pennsylvania.

 

 

New Clients

Florida's First Coast YMCA – Jacksonville has joined our distinguished list of clients. 

YMCA of Greater Dallas will contrtibute to the enhancements to Protivity™ as they move from Support Partner to Development Partner 11/2004.

YMCA of Greater Rochester & YMCA of Central Maryland will be the first to pilot this program December 1, 2004.

 

 

Upcoming Events:

Enhancements

Bob Dzialowski and Steve Nevinski attended the APD National Conference in Phoenix, Arizona this year.   They had the opportunity to speak with people from many YMCAs.  Over fifty of them were interested in Protivity™ and our Easy to Enroll™ product.  We are working with those YMCAs now to discuss their software options.  Most were currently using Y-Ware.  There was also interest from some Y-Metro users such as Delaware, St. Louis and Oklahoma City.
