• User Login

  	Members will be prompted to log in using their email address and password
  	Journal check at login
  	Password will be emailed to members who forget their password

   

• New Accounts

  	Primary members can register for programs online
  	Each association will determine if account is activated instantly or needs approval
  	Email is sent to member services advisor with information about new accounts

   

• Account Activity

  Member can view the last 30 days activities

   

• My Account

  	Ability to update contact & address information
  	Limit the demographic fields the member can update and which fields are required
  	Control members' changes activate instantly or need member services advisor approval

   

• Gym Bag

  	Before selecting a program, the application will validate data with journals
  	When a program is added, the slot is reserved for that specified time interval
  	Pre-approved subsidies, discounts and scholarships are automatically applied
  	Appropriate discounts are applied to the Gym Bag transactions
  	Ability to register multiple family members for the same program
  	Items can be added and removed from the gym bag
  	Gym bag status (# of courses and $ amount in the bag) displayed on all the web pages

   

• User Checkout

  	Easy to use checkout process
  	Availability is checked before checkout
  	Personal information can be entered when programs require it
  	Members prompted for additional information when required
  	Member is prompted for billing and contact information
  	Credit cards are validated and charged instantaneously

   

• Electronic Confirmation

  	Display all registration information along with confirmation #
  	Sends email to the member and memeber services advisor

  	Fully integrated with the Protivity software (business system)
  	Works in unison with front desk application
