Mail Center Enhancements

• New design that fits the entire screen instead of a window in the middle of your screen.

• All branch dropdowns are now in alphabetical order instead of by branch number.

• Pledge Cards have new selection method feature of “Fixed Based” or “Query Based” record retrieval.
• “Fixed Based” pledge cards does not require a query on the iSeries to be built and allows you to select by branch, activity type, development code, development year, pledge type code, section, division, team and campaigner.
• “Query Based” pledge cards have been modified to actually select the branch, activity type, development code and year from the query so your query does not have to specifically match the branch. You can create fewer queries to do the same job.
• “All Branches” feature was added for selection criteria.
• Added the following fields for pledge cards:
  • Phone 1 and Phone 1 Type (Preferred)
  • Phone 2 and Phone 2 Type
  • Phone 3 and Phone 3 Type
  • Phone 4 and Phone 4 Type
  • Recognition Name
  • Suggested Amount
  • Organization Contact Name
  • Organization Contact Position
  • Organization Contact Phone
• Added the following record selection tests for Cultivation Letters and Pledge Cards:
  • “OK to Solicit”
  • “Not Deceased”
  • “Not Hidden”
