Easy to Enroll is our online registration system that integrates directly with your base application. This system allows your members at home or at a branch kiosk to register for programs easily and securely. Easy to Enroll is the stepping stone and considered Phase I to the browser based front desk replacement system.

When a program is added to the gym bag, the slot is reserved for a specified time interval

Subsidies/discounts/scholarships

Apply the appropriate discounts to the cart

Members will be pre-approved for the subsidies

Ability to register multiple family members for the same program

Update and delete gym bag features

Gym bag status (# of courses and $ amount in the bag) will be displayed on all the web pages
