Easy to Access

Easy to Access is our picture based windows system that grants access to your facility branches. This system has all the features of your current “green screen” facility access system, however, this system delivers an up to date user interface with members pictures that are stored on the AS/400 and available to all facility branches.

• New Gate Access entry system for Easy to Access

• Written for YMCA of Metro Washington and YMCA of Central Maryland.  It is working in the live environment in Baltimore and will be installed in DC in December 2004.
• Includes parameter file in Easy to Access that allows you to turn gate access on or off.  When parameter is set to *ON Easy to Access opens a gate or turns on a light.
• Modified the facility access traffic controller program from attempting to display the Reason for *DENY Status panel when invoked from a batch environment.  A copy of this program may also exist in your current Easy to Access library.
